Working on behalf of the UK Government (Department for Business and Trade), Camilla acted as a strategic partner to over 500 healthcare and life sciences businesses for accessing the UK market, accelerating growth, and maximising commercial impact. She has provided strategic direction and intelligence to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, digital health and other healthcare businesses through successful market access, growth, business partnerships, innovation and R&D collaborations, product commercialisation, and selling into the NHS.

Camilla has gained valuable insights into global investment trends, government strategic objectives, UK sector trends, cultural and business trends across markets, and the challenges companies often encounter when expanding internationally. She utilised insights to inform business solutions, working collaboratively with C-suite executives from start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across the globe to create a route-to-market and growth strategy.

Camilla has developed a strong network of innovators- including industry leaders, government policy advisors, growth hubs, associations, and investors. She has led cross-functional delivery teams from foreign embassies, local government, commercial partners, industry and regulatory bodies, and internal research and design teams, acting as the central communication point to ensure smooth project delivery across geographies under demanding timeframes.
