Our Story
IndustryLens was born from five years of real-world frustration in the trenches of performance marketing. As a co-founder of a performance marketing agency, I repeatedly encountered the same pattern: clients would request competitor insight reports, which we'd painstakingly compile manually—spending hours scouring websites, social media, and industry publications to piece together what competitors were doing. Despite the clear value these insights provided, we watched our clients struggle with the same challenges we faced. The existing competitive intelligence tools were prohibitively expensive for most SMBs (often €20K-€100K+ annually), overly complex for teams that needed quick insights, or simply didn't exist in an accessible format. We saw businesses making critical marketing and product decisions in the dark, unable to afford enterprise-level solutions but desperately needing to understand their competitive landscape. This gap between the need for competitive intelligence and the reality of what was available to growing businesses sparked the idea for IndustryLens—a platform that would democratize competitive intelligence by making it affordable, accessible, and actionable for the companies that need it most.
