Our Story
The idea that I am currently most passionate about is the development of an online marketplace and service provider for buying and selling small businesses. Small businesses represent the vast majority of businesses (around 97% in Germany). While these small business owners and aspiring owners are typically well-versed in their specific fields, they often lack necessary expertise in the complex execution of buying and selling a business. Moreover, their modest size and correspondingly lower transaction values usually fall below the radar of traditional M&A services, despite holding considerable value. Zycle (company name idea) seeks to fill this gap by utilizing advanced technology to guide both buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Services could include solutions such as a match-making system to pair suitable buyers and sellers, automated due diligence, precise company valuation, offering various financing options and much more. The long-term vision is to fundamentally transform the M&A sector, starting from the lower tiers and progressing upward.
