### Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development, including web platforms and APIs in high-growth tech companies (Start-ups / scale-ups)
- 3 years of experience in software design and architecture.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Python.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English and German (preferable).

### Preferable qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams of software engineers.
- Experience working with microcontrollers, sensors and actuators.
- Experience designing and implementing any of the following: APIs and SDK’s used by other developers, data and ML (Machine Learning) systems.
