Strong experience in fundraising (angels, pre-seed/seed), investor outreach, and pitch building.
Business strategy, go-to-market, partnerships, and distribution.
Experience in FMCG, D2C, retail, food brands, or consumer products is a big plus.
Comfortable with early-stage uncertainty, fast iterations, and hands-on execution.
Strong communication skills, high ownership mindset, and long-term commitment.
Based in Germany or Europe, remote collaboration possible.
I bring deep execution, supply chain, and manufacturing strength (co-founded Hubtric Manufacturing, 10+ years across Europe and Asia). I’m looking for someone complementary who enjoys building the commercial side and raising capital.

Shaping the business strategy and business model (pricing, channels, unit economics).
Leading fundraising: pitch deck, investor outreach, meetings, and closing the first round.
Building partnerships: distributors, retail chains, D2C partners, and marketing collaborations.
Go-to-market planning and early traction building.
Setting up sales strategy and distribution roadmap (India first, later expansion).
Building the initial brand story and positioning together with the team.
Working closely with me on execution, supply chain, sourcing, and scaling production.
This is an early-stage venture, so it requires high ownership, fast decision-making, and hands-on work.
