CEO wanted for Supplement/Nootropika Startup

We are looking for an active Business Angel to join as CEO and Co-Founder, complementing our deep medical and scientific expertise with C-level corporate leadership.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Manager, Finance Manager, or Sales Manager. You must have previously founded a company, successfully raised funding rounds, managed employees, and ideally, guided a successful exit.

We require deep strategic knowledge of the D2C, supplement, or CPG markets. A critical advantage is an established distribution and retail network, particularly contacts in pharmacies and drugstores, to drive our "Phase 2" scaling.

Your strengths should include strategic thinking, building business relationships, and a "hands-on"/ "getting things done" mentality.

Leading the current pre-seed investment round (€370,000) as a strategic Business Angel.

Taking responsibility as the business-side CEO/Co-Founder, complementing the medical/scientific expertise of the two founding doctors.

Developing and executing the complete Multi-Channel-Strategy, starting with "Phase 1: Online-First" (Website, SEO, Ads, Social Media).

Driving "Phase 2: Retail Distribution (Scaling)" by leveraging your network into pharmacies, drugstores, and sports retailers .

Overseeing operations and preparing for future fundraising rounds.

A C-level/Co-Founder role with a significant equity stake in an innovative, pre-seed nootropics startup.

A scientifically unique product: the first oral 2-phase system for brain performance , with a clear patenting strategy.

A highly credible founding team (two medical doctors) backed by experts in biopharmacy and pharmaceutical technology.

Institutional support and funding from Charité, Freie Universität Berlin, and the European Union .
