- Deep AI/ML practice: data lifecycle, training/serving, evaluation,
- RAG/prompting, governance (GDPR), fine-tuning
- Proven experience with scalable backends (APIs, data architecture, cloud cost discipline)
- 8+ years of software engineering/technical leadership in startups/scale-ups
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- End-to-end data tracking
- Clear system/data architecture for LLM features, marketplace, social network
- Tech stack: Superbase, TypeScript

Scope of responsibilities
- Technical sparring for the CTO: architecture reviews, prioritization, risk/impact assessment
- AI/ML enablement: model selection, feature pipelines, model registry, monitoring/drift
- Backend: security, database

Infra
- Product/Discovery: hypotheses, metrics, experiments, MVP scope
- Team enablement: mentoring, interview loops, knowledge management

- Equity participation (ESOP/VSOP); optional cash + equity mix 5%
- Option for an active, hands-on role with the possibility to increase (allocation/equity)
- Technical co-founder mentoring
- Remote-first, flexible scheduling of 1–2 hours/week, DE or EN
