● Technical Expertise: Background in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), with strong knowledge of React and MySQL (or similar web technologies).

● Strategic Technology Oversight: Drive the group’s tech direction, reducing complexity across ventures and ensuring a scalable, maintainable infrastructure.
