Community & Social Media Manager wanted for Venture Studio

Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Any additional European language is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or a related role (academic or practical experience acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in planning and executing events.
- Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and the founder ecosystem.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
- Open to students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building:

Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage a thriving community of startup founders.
Actively interact with community members, addressing questions, fostering discussions, and creating a sense of belonging.
Plan and manage community-driven initiatives, such as online discussions, challenges, and mentorship programs.

Social Media Management:

Manage Beacon’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Event Organization:

Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Content Creation:

Write and publish articles in English on topics such as startup creation, funding, scaling, and growth.
Produce multimedia content (short videos, podcasts) tailored for social platforms, ensuring alignment with Beacon’s vision.

Moderation & Feedback:

Oversee and moderate posts across community platforms to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
Gather feedback from community members to continuously improve initiatives.
