What you bring to the team

As it is still early stages, it will be classic situation of needing to roll up the sleeves in various areas of the business. Ideally, you have experience in building businesses in the past and understand the nuisances that go with it. It would be also helpful if you've personally experienced the aches and pains of the recruitment process/industry. Maybe you have questioned why things are done the way they are.

Given the fact we are seeking a non-tech co-founder, there are a couple of different profiles that could work:

- Recruitment/HR professionals who understand the market and process intimately.
- Sales/Business Development/Marketing leaders experienced working in tech, ideally with SaaS products.

If you have networks and experience with the renewables/climate industry that would be a real bonus. But above all it would be really important that you are passionate about making a positive impact to this process/industry.

What awaits you

The web app is built, with the happy path functional and development support at hand for any bugs or improvements required. It has been tested with both sets of users, that is candidates/referrers and companies. There were small revisions done in line with the feedback received. Initial outreach for pilot users has been positive so has triggered the need to strengthen the founding team to be able to efficiently deliver on what we set out to.

What we offer you

The business is pre-revenue so you'll have a real influence on shaping the business as we take it to market. It has also been bootstrapped to date so it's a great opportunity for someone to come in and stake their claim on a sizeable slice of the pie.

Rehumanise recruitment through the ethical use of tech and referrals from relevant industry professionals.

We connect companies and candidates accurately by ethically using AI and a community of industry professionals who are rewarded for referring the right people.

Challenges
Implementation of two-sided marketplaces is always difficult, so there are a number of things to be mindful of. Developing the network effect of referrals from the community (candidates and referrals) will be a bit of work. The HR/Recruitment market is saturated.
