For a Tech Co-Founder joining Cubismo, the spectrum of tasks would include:

1. **Technical Leadership:**
- Spearhead the development of either the back-end utilizing Node.js or the front-end using Vanilla JavaScript.
- Ensure the technical stack aligns with the company's strategic goals and vision.
- Make architectural decisions and set a clear technical direction for the platform's future.

2. **Development & Code Review:**
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code standards and improve the application’s quality.

3. **Collaboration & Mentorship:**
- Work closely with other team members, offering mentorship and promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborate with non-technical team members to translate their needs into technical solutions.

4. **Product Strategy & Vision:**
- Participate in product development meetings, contributing to the overall strategy and product roadmap.
- Help to prioritize product features and development tasks.

5. **Outreach & Communication:**
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and potentially investors.
- Proficiently present the product and technical decisions to a non-technical audience.

6. **Time Management & Commitment:**
- Manage time effectively to balance current commitments with Cubismo responsibilities.

7. **Growth & Adaptation:**
- Be prepared for the evolving challenges of a startup environment and be willing to take on various roles as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and adapt to feedback and changing priorities.
