CMO/CEO wanted for Fintech/Web3 B2B Startup

You have experience in FinTech. You have a high business acumen. You don't shy away from tricky situations or pressure. You are based in the EU. You have experience in fund-raising as well as talking to VCs and angels and are maintaining a strong relationship with your network.

You love working in a fast-paced technical environment.

I am looking for these skills to complement mine:

- Business Acumen (ideally in a Web3 ecosystem) - business fundamentals, finance, economics, tokenomics
- Fundraising Abilities - pitch to investors, secure funding through seed rounds and follow-up rounds, maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders
- Team Building - recruit and hire talent, foster a productive work environment
- Communication and storytelling - craft stories that exude value towards stakeholders, engage with customers
- Market research and marketing - a data-driven approach to creating a brand, knowing the market, as well as establishing channels to find leads and customers.
- Product marketing - establish feedback channels to the product side of the business to help navigate decisions and long-term product strategy.

Bonus if you have experience in the blockchain/Web3 domain.
