Enthusiastic, structured, optimistic - Hi, I’m Isabell

I have an EMBA from Bayes (formerly Cass), a M.Sc.in Logistics and have been a management consultant for over 7 years. During this time I saw all kinds of projects: from venture building to large-scale IT programs, from agile transformation to HR services, from insurance to the public sector. Now, I am fully committed to build Cuvela and looking for a co-founder on my way to revolutionize the fair fashion supply chain!

Together, we validate the idea through an MVP and constantly adjust the product to customer prefetences.

I'm particularly looking for a person with strong marketing skills, everything else I bring to the table. But since we are in an early phase I expect us to work together on most tasks anyways.

My main values are fairness, humor and optimism. I am convinced that we are stronger together, lifting each other up, not pushing down, will allow us to reach beyond. I am an ever-lasting optimist and if I hear "You can't..." - well, challenge accepted! I am relentlessly seeking justice, and I am a terrible liar (but a good story-teller!).
I work well with people who are critical yet positive, who see opportunities in problems,
who enjoy a good argument and a dynamic environment. I don't work well with authorities, micromanagement, and nitty-gritty processes, which can turn me into a stubborn nightmare.
