CEO wanted for Electrochemistry startup

Our co-founding team will support you in setting up your role and securing strategies and finances to get production going. Over the next 6 - 12 months, you will focus on product/market fit, consolidating the team, and engaging with potential customers. As Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the company to the next grant application. You will further develop the company and product strategy to bring the venture to a new level.

Requirements:

●At least one year of professional experience in a leadership role, ideally in a corporate environment or a B2B startup, company builder, or strategy/innovation consulting firm.
●Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
●Ability to make data-driven decisions.
●Excellent organizational skills.
●Excellent communication skills, in-depth presentation, and moderation skills
●You are communicative and open to develop the existing partner network further.
●You speak English and German at a fluent business level.
●Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Is a plus if:

●You have experience leading funding rounds
●You are familiar with working in hardware companies and R&D teams, especially with know-how in analytical instrumentation, laboratory devices, and hardware manufacturing.

●Manage the strategic investment action plan, further developing the company and product strategy.
●You will be responsible for the company’s finances.
●You will be in direct contact and communication with the investors.
●Develop, supervise and adjust the communication and sales strategies.
●Seek further VC funding.
●You will be responsible for the monthly investor reporting and financial planning.
●Build partnerships that help the company grow strong in electrochemistry and analytical technologies.
●Supervise and manage our marketing strategies at scientific conferences or on LinkedIn.
●Build a solid company culture
●Identify and manage new hiring targets to further build up a strong hiring funnel
