I’m all about Lean Startup, Agile methodologies, and creating environments where teams can collaboratively build great products. It’s not just about the code or architecture for me—it's about fostering a culture of teamwork where everyone contributes to the process of building something valuable. By using just enough architecture and modularization, I help teams stay flexible while maintaining the integrity of their systems.

I’m hands-on and love being part of the actual building process, whether that’s contributing to the codebase, working through design trade-offs, or leading for example event storming sessions.
