Introduction
I am Ann-Sophie, 30 years old and I always wanted to build a company.
While managing several teams, I finally found a hair-on-fire-problem to solve. The majority of Gen Z & Y are unhappy in their job, but the actual change is difficult. With ChangePath, I am building the first job & career change platform for dissatisfied Gen Y & Z professionals to help them find their true passion and maximise their impact. I am on a mission to make careers fun again!
My biggest motivation is to leave a positive mark on this planet - preferably with an impact start-up that changes people's live for the better.
Friends & family would describe me as bubbly, compassionate, and ambitious.
I love good food, good stories (in any form, books, movies, people), wandering the world and stopping on the way to take pictures.
