I have struggled with self-worth, self-identity, overweight and attachments to various substances before my 30th Birthday...

I was depressed, almost lost my family and sometimes contemplated self-harm and even a suicide...

After I have reached quite a rock bottom, bankrupted 4 companies and filed a personal bankruptcy, I made a decision to rise from the ashes and I did...

Now, i still live with my family, have several businesses, clear from all the negative substances (smoking, alcohol, other drugs), independent and fit, running marathons, doing triathlons and travelling the world (when have a purpose for that).

After I studied a lot of religions (all main religions) and health, I have been introduced to Ayurveda, Tai chi, Qigong, other alternative medicines, like functional and lifestyle medicine, I finally to create and develope The Holistic Health App, which could be a personal solution-based tool for everyone, who wants to design and live a healthy, happy, free & wealthy Life.
