Introduction

A former lawyer and more recently business professional with valuable experiences and skills in business strategy and operations in small and medium-sized companies, I have always been most excited about creating my own product in a like-minded, equally ambitious, creative and determined team. I started build an own legal tech web-app with a friend during law school, while also working with a Berlin-based early-stage contract management startup. Following my legal studies in Germany, France (Paris V) and the US (Harvard Law School) and interning with BCG in Toronto, I worked as a corporate lawyer with Freshfields and later with Morrison Foerster on VC projects. Subsequently transitioning into a business career, I worked as the chief of staff to the CEO of a 500FTE, PE-backed media company during a highly transitory and fast-paced post-merger phase, before joining a small Berlin-based RE investment firm and building an entire new business unit from scratch, developing ESG-residences.
