Intro / About me
Grew up and live in Germany close to the French/Luxembourgish border. Bachelor English and Spanish linguistics and Master International Business. Veggie since childhood, vegan for 10 years now. As a project manager started from 0 to a fully operational meat alternative factory in the last 3 years.
1) a food technologist to lead the product development and 2) a second business/law person with focus on finance, investor relations, accounting and HR

Introduction
I'm 36, German, living with my family in a small town close to the French border. When I don't go to work (project manager for a plant-based business) or work on my business idea, I dedicate most of my time to spending time with my family and producing music. I turned veggie as a kid and since I started going vegan 10 years ago, I'm amazed how the plant-based market has evolved. With my work experience and my entrepreneurial mindset (I ran a vegan food truck/catering business in the past amongst others), I feel ready now to launch my own products. Although at the very moment it's tough times and you might not see growth in the vegan segment as strong as in the last years, it's still an industry where a lot of innovation will happen and a lot of investment will go to, so that's why I'm keen on attacking this now. I'm looking for a food technologist as Head of Product in the first place, but I think a business/law person with strong number skills could be very complementary as well.
