I'm an ML Team Lead with 11 years in software development and 8 years in data science. Currently leading an ML team developing auto-annotation tools at a Series-A startup, and previously led R&D teams at major financial institutions.

I excel in managing the full ML pipeline from data collection to deployment. My technical stack includes Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow), C++, with expertise in NLP and risk modeling.

What drives me is bridging technical possibilities with business needs. Leading teams of up to 5 members, I foster innovation while maintaining focus on practical solutions and productivity.
