- Proven engineering track record building end-to-end solutions (minimum 5 years experience).
- Strong backend architecture skills and experience scaling distributed systems.
- Comfort with cloud/self-hosted environments, CI/CD, observability, and security-by-default.
- Bonus: experience with conversational AI/voice, telephony, workflow automation, or Java/Spring.
