• You must be able to hire and run your own team of front end, back end and QA from scratch (at least 5-10 members) without parental oversight. Ideally you have a group of people you’ve worked with in the past that want to work with you again.

Establish company technology vision
• Define and manage technology landscape and define future tech roadmap
• Lead all aspects of the company’s technological development including scalability, reliability and security
• Make executive technology decisions on behalf of the company

Develop and manage our software
• Hands-on: you will need to get your hands dirty and further develop the existing prototype into a powerful, well-tested and stable application
• Oversee development, design, delivery and maintenance of applications, API and website
• Track record of rolling out digital products following agile methodologies
• Manage technology budget
