– Is proactive, open-minded, and not afraid to test, fail, and learn quickly
– Has experience or interest in marketing, growth, or user research (a plus, not a must)

You don’t need a technical background – but you should be excited to help shape how people connect in a more meaningful way.

You will join as a non-technical co-founder, supporting the next stage of development for NightOut – a dating app with an existing MVP and proof of concept.

Your focus will be on soft-side tasks such as understanding user behaviour, engaging with early adopters, and helping to refine our value proposition through real-world feedback.

Experience or interest in marketing, user research, or communication is a strong plus – but above all, we're looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and motivated to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the initial founder to shape how the product grows and connects with its audience.

You’ll join a project that already has an MVP and a validated proof of concept.

The founder has experience with various types of investing and is well connected in the Swiss angel investor scene.

This is a unique opportunity to become an early co-founder in a meaningful, multidisciplinary project — tackling a real-world problem in the way people connect and build relationships.
