Full-stack Developer gesucht für PrimeTwin

📍 Location: Remote-friendly (preferably Munich or surroundings for occasional meetings)
📅 Commitment: Initially 3+ days per week, moving to full-time as soon as feasible
💰 Compensation: Equity plus a competitive salary planned from Q2 2026 onwards. Before a very basic monetary compensation possible.

What we look for:
• 5+ years of experience in relevant technologies (e.g. React, AI (esp. LLMs), data management, AWS, and analytics).
• Previous experience with multi-agent systems and scalable data architectures is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead technical development by your own —either as a senior engineer, team lead, or similar role.
• Comfortable with hands-on coding while working with and coordinating external teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technology—focused on business impact rather than tech for tech’s sake.
• Ideally based in Munich or surroundings, or open to occasional in-person collaboration.
• Startup experience is NOT required, but a mindset for ownership and building from scratch is essential.

PrimeTwin is a startup optimizing sales of consulting firms through AI-powered multi-agent systems, digital twins, and data analytics. Our goal is to enable consultants with sales responsibilities to systematically understand customer needs and match them with personal service offerings—boosting revenue and efficiency. We have an MVP in place and the market traction to go into a growth mode.
We are looking for a full-stack developer who will be a founding journey, building a scalable platform from idea to delivery, and ensuring our technology drives real customer value.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Build a scalable SaaS platform, initially as a web application, followed by mobile.
• Development by coding hands-on while collaborating with external service providers and, over time, assembling an internal tech team.
• Develop AI & Data Capabilities, including multi-agent systems and data processing for sales and analysis automation.
• Ensure quality & reliability, prioritizing customer value, simplicity, and robustness over unnecessary complexity.
• Contribute to the venture building while working closely with the co-founders on business alignment.
