• Develop and implement our go-to-market strategy
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, influencer)
• Define and manage CRM, newsletter and sales funnels
• Identify and engage pilot clients, testers, and B2B partners
• Track and report relevant KPIs (CAC, MRR, retention etc.)
• Contribute to pitch decks, business plans, and investor readiness
• Co-develop monetization strategies (SaaS, licensing, API access)
• Optional: build early community formats, events, collaborations
