● Strategic Technology Oversight: Drive the group’s tech direction, reducing complexity across ventures and ensuring a scalable, maintainable infrastructure.

● Systems Integration: Identify and eliminate redundant software, establish efficient interfaces, and migrate data and processes smoothly.

● Product & Platform Expansion: Oversee the ongoing enhancement of our in-house React/MySQL platform, including the creation of a service provider portal and a customer login portal.
