I am seeking a passionate and experienced Co-Founder to join our innovative food-tech gastronomy startup. Among other tasks:

Product Innovation: Lead the conceptualization and development of the multi-kitchen dining model, ensuring that the offering meets the needs of various dietary preferences without compromising quality or experience.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational setup of the lunchroom, including kitchen management, menu development, and supply chain optimization. Ensure seamless integration of technology with culinary operations.

Business Development: Identify and secure key partnerships with food suppliers, technology providers, and other stakeholders. Develop strategies to grow the customer base and expand market presence.

Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of culinary, technology, and business professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative company culture.
