-Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, paid, SEO, and content marketing.
-Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to achieve rapid user acquisition and brand recognition in the home cleaning service market.
-Utilize analytics and market research to define effective marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
-Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and user feedback.
-Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach and content creation, to build a strong brand presence.
-Prepare the company for future funding rounds by establishing key marketing metrics that demonstrate growth and market penetration.
