Recruitment: Identify, source, and recruit qualified nursing professionals, particularly from the Latino community, to meet the staffing demands of healthcare facilities across Germany.
Develop and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates.
Collaborate with the team to conduct interviews and assessments.

Sales Development: Generate and nurture leads to drive business growth.
Identify and establish relationships with clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare institutions.
Promote Latino Care's services and offerings to potential clients.
