technical co-founder /mobile development gesucht für social media app to facilitate meeting IRL (in real life)

Ideally someone who lives in either Berlin, Cologne or Geneva area. But would be open for remote work if need be.
I am looking for an experienced web developer, ideally in IOS/Android development, OR React OR Flutter. Min 2+ years of hands on experience and a passion for building apps. Experience in handling videos and lives a big plus.
You need to be willing to take risks, hard working and dedicated. Team player attitude and can-do attitude. Most important attribute is to believe in the idea of building an app that connects like minded people who want to meet in real life.

You will build the MVP from scratch and be the one who brings the app to life. You can handle pivoting if need be to adapt the idea to market realities. You're okay to work by yourself and work together with the founder (me) on building a successful business. You believe in building tech that helps like minded people meet in real life.
You have experience in mobile apps and working on the back-end is what you enjoy the most.
You can work independently but could handle hiring new employees and eventually managing a team once the business grows.
You've always dreamed of being a CTO in your own startup, all you have been missing is the right idea and the right co-founder.

Shares in the company. Co-founder, you will be responsible for the technical execution of the mobile app.
