CEO gesucht für Clean Tech Startup for Hydrogen Production

For building our startup we need someone that has the following skills:
- Building a startup from scratch with an innovative idea in the clean tech hydrogen industry
- Combination of business development and management skills with technological understanding for the product (H2, CO2) and concepts

- Leadership skills to manage a team of +10 people
- Visionary mindset and hands-on mentality

Additionally, we need someone with the following experience:
- already built a startup from scratch or parts of it
- preferably experience in the clean tech industry (hydrogen and/or blockchain is a plus)
- already had the responsibility to lead people and manage operations
- (would be plus) experience with a research startup and the research environment in general

Your tasks include:
- Support the founders team on avoiding pitfalls of starting up a company
- Managing the different teams and being in contact with advisory board, executives and operational team
- Supporting in the structuring and presentation of the company towards investors
- Being in close contact with our network and partners
- Building new partnerships to accelerate our progress in different markets

We offer you shares in our company and additionally a salary as soon as we get our first sufficient funding round. Furthermore, we offer you the chance to become a co-founder in our team of two founders and become a part of an international and highly motivated team with different expertises in the field of technological development, research and business development.

We are a research start-up that wants to fundamentally change the hydrogen market in the near future with our innovative technology. In the medium term, we want to provide hydrogen on a large scale for industrialised nations and emerging markets that is significantly below the current emissions of grey and blue hydrogen. Our technology is patented by a US based university. Our hydrogen will also be cheaper than the current market price.

Herausforderungen

Our biggest challenge is to bring our technology from TRL level 4 to market readiness in the coming years.
