-5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or healthcare company, rapidly scaling startup or track record of founding and building companies
-Strong leadership skills with track record of building and leading a team
-Strong entrepreneurial drive, perseverance, passion for women’s health and a will to win
-Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
-Logical thinker with a very precise, yet pragmatic approach to your work
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Outstanding analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
-Knowledge or experience in the medtech/femtech market is a plus
-Experienced in areas of finance, KPIs, accounting and sales
-Fluent in English & German

-As Co-Founder/CEO you will be part of the founding team and will be responsible for the strategy and growth of the company together with the Co-Founder/CPO
-You will develop and execute the strategic vision for the company, creating innovative products and services for women's health and wellness
-You will build the company from the ground up: You will set up the entire operation, hire and lead a powerful team, and develop the business activities. Everything that needs to be done to win the market!
-As an entrepreneur, you have full responsibility for the business, processes and people, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
-You drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partnership, sales, marketing and business development efforts
-You acquire pilot customers together with the growth team, search for cooperation partners and potential M&A targets
-You are the key person for the business plan and the redistribution of the resulting sub-tasks to the other team members
-You own the brand, the product, the team, the strategy, etc. - you want it, you build it, you run it

-You will participate in the VESOP pool
