Worked in a similar role for a B2C/D2C/Saas company before.

Deep understanding of consumer subscription software and its KPI’s.

Hands-on experience in influencer marketing at scale.

Worked in a startup or dynamic environment before.

Flexible and pioneering when it comes to channel restrictions and policy issues.

You are able to communicate clearly in English and German, both spoken and written word.

Complement the founding team in the discipline of marketing and growth.

Be a key thought partner to current founders for developing the company roadmap and integrating it into the marketing department.

Build and scale marketing channels (especially Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, PR,...)

Keep an overview of the marketing budget, KPIs, campaigns, and user flow

Build, lead and mentor the marketing team.
