CTO gesucht für E bike car

Hello, I’m looking for up to four team members for a six month program with the Freie Universität Berlin, starting on 4.1. 2023 .
At least one of those people will have to be available for a pitch on 8 November 2022 and on 16 November 2022. The stipend is €2000 per person. A requirement is to have a university degree, otherwise there is no specific requirement other than being able to work 35 hours per week on this project and be registered in Berlin and allowed to work in Germany.
The goal is to create a 45 km/h enclosed E bike to be able to use human power together with electric power on the street in the city, to substitute some cars. Please let me know if you can help with us to help me find people and funding. I know a lot about this but I can’t do all the work alone. Just having a university degree and interest in protecting the environment would be sufficient to join the funding round. Ideally I’m looking for people with the following:
1. Aerodynamics and vehicle design abilities
2. Vehicle mechanics and electronic hardware skills
3. Office skills to organize and coordinate finding applications including Crowdfunding and finding personnel and outsourcing
4. Financial skills for controlling revenue and expense balance
5. Sales and marketing
Initially, whatever we can’t do ourselves we can outsource or work on getting enough additional funding for that. I already have laid out a sequence for funding until the first product goes to market.
